AMMONIUM HYDROCARBONATE FOOD GRADE TU UKRAINE 6-04687873.025-95
Ammonium hydrocarbonate (NH4HCO3) is white crystalline substance composed of ammonium bicarbonate (on powder basis) - 99% minimum, ammonium carbonate (on powder basis) - 1% maximum, water - 3% maximum.
Has found its application in the production of confectioneries as chemical baking powder instead of ammonium carbonate food grade.
Dosage rate of ammonium hydrocarbonate is 30% higher than of ammonium carbonate. To use ammonium hydrocarbonate it is necessary to dissolve it in water at 20°C minimum then added to emulsion or formula mixture before flour introduction.

Can be transported in all kinds of transport (not by air) according to cargo transportation regulations for partio kind of transport.
Should be stored in unheated well ventilated warehouses at 35°C maximum.
Guaranteed storage life is 1 year from production date.
