CARBAMIDE-FORMALDEHYDE RESIN
 

     Carbamide-formaldehyde resin is polycondensation formaldehyde product.

     Carbomide-formaldehyde resin grade ÊÔ-ÌÒ-15, ÊÑ-11, ÊÔ-ÌÒ-50 is fire-resistant, inexplosive homogeneous water suspention.

     Carbamide-formaldehyde resin grade ÊÔ-ÌÒ-15 is used as binder for wood chipboard (WCB), wood fibreboard (WFB), plywood production in furniture manufacturing and other purposes.

     Carbamide-formaldehyde resin KC-11 is used as binder in the production of glass-fibre mats various grades, mineral wool goods as well as for other purposes.

     Carbamide-formaldehyde resin ÊÔ-ÌÒ-50 has found its application in plywood and heat insulating materials produc­tion (carbamide formaldehyde plastic foam and others) as well as for furniture gluing.

     Packaging: r/w tank cars, tank trucks or in containers providing commercial quality of resin during transportation.

     Transported by all kinds of transports according to cargo transportation regulations for a particular kind of transport. When at 0°C transportation is performed in heat exchanger equipped or insulated tank cars. On producer and customer agree­ment it is allowed to transport resin in tank cars without heat exchanger or not insulated.

     Storage: at 5-250C, in clean sealed containers, which are not exposed to sunlight and rainfall, and stirred at regular intervals.   
     Carbamide-formaldehyde resin ÊÔÑ is stored in tanks made of stainless steel, alluminium or carbon steel with epoxide coating.

     Guaranteed storage life:

- of carbamide-formaldehyde resin grade ÊÔ-ÌÒ-15, ÊÔ-ÌÒ-50 is 45 days from production date;

- of carbamide-formaldehyde resin grade KC-11 is 6 months from production date.
