Copolymer dispersion of vinyl acetate with acrylates ( butyl acrylate, methyl acrylate, ethyl acrylate) and vinyl versatate is formed by polymerization of emulsion in water fluid in presence of emulsifiers ( such as water solutions of sodium phosphate of fatty alcohol ether) and initiating agent.
Appearance - viscous liquid of white or slightly bluish color without foreign contaminants.
The following dispersion grades are in production currently: ÑÄÂÁ-25AS, ÑÄÂÁ-20S, ÑÄÂÁVV-30À, ÑÄÂÁVV-30AS, ÑÄÂÁVV-30AS, ÑÄÂÁVV-30S.
It is used for preparation of corrosive resistant paints , paints for outside application, for all-purpose paints, plasters, adhesives, filling paste, mixtures of polymer and cement as well as for concrete preparation used for masonry paint and inner finishing paints with high qualitative requirements and highly weather resistant. It produces transparent film coatings resistant to water. They are used for impregnation of leather, paper and textiles.
Packaging; r/w tank cars, tank trucks, metal drums, plastic drums and others properly equipped to assure copolymer dispersion quality during transportation.
Transport: any transport will do but in accordance to Cargo Traffic Regulations working for a particular transport. Dispersion is to be transported in special tanks with heat exchanger or heat-insulating lining at below 5°C.
Storage: in tight containers inside storehouses at 5° Ñ min.
Guaranteed storage life is 6 months from production date.
